Stuart L. Atkinson, DMD

Dr. Atkinson received his Bachelor of Science degree from Samford University in Birmingham. He later attended the University of Alabama School of Dentistry where he earned a doctorate degree in medical dentistry in 1990.

He is a member of the Birmingham District Dental Society, Alabama Dental Association, American Dental Association, and avid member of The American Academy of Implant Dentistry.

Dr. Atkinson is a native of Dothan, Alabama, and has lived in the Birmingham area for more than 20 years.

When not in the Dental office Dr. Atkinson spends hundreds of hours on continuing education in order to stay abreast of all the new dentistry innovations including new techniques and technology. In his time away from work he enjoys spending time with his wonderful son Stuart Jr. and dog Austin.
